What you’ll do

• Be onsite at client offices – you’ll be the face of Automatica and quickly become a trusted member of their teams.
• Jump on tickets: troubleshooting macOS, iOS, Windows and SaaS hiccups.
• Configure and secure Microsoft 365 tenants, Intune policies, SharePoint and Teams.
• Migrate files, fix sync snags and optimise Dropbox Business workspaces.
• Be the calm, trusted voice that our clients trust when their tech melts down.

What you might bring to this role

• Solid macOS support chops (Mosyle, Intune, or similar MDM a plus).
• Comfortable in Windows and basic Entra ID administration.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace—mail, identity, security and migrations.
• A knack for explaining nerdy stuff in plain English and owning problems through to resolution.

What you’ll need before applying

• Current Australian driver’s licence – you’ll be working with our clients onsite, so being road-ready is essential.
• Full working rights in Australia – citizen or permanent resident.
• Clean criminal history – successful candidates must pass a National Police Check as part of our onboarding.
