Caching Server data location on macOS Mojave without Server app

I was trying to track down the location of the Caching Server cache on macOS Mojave, this is with just the Caching service enabled in Sharing, not with the full Server.app installed.

Some quick digging revealed a heap of data in /Library/Application Support/Apple/AssetCache
